The Local Aid Complete Care and Resource Centre packages include Service Level Agreements with compensation credits, monthly incident statements and management of vendor hardware and software contracts. The Complete Care package is ideal for customers who require a regular onsite technical presence and often find themselves in situations where they require technical support in one form or another.

• Free of charge network audit
• Unlimited telephone and remote support
• Regular scheduled visits from an accredited Fotec engineer
• Flexible payment terms
• Proactive approach for preventative maintenance
• Quarterly performance reviews
 
     
The Fotec ‘Complete Care’ package is ideal for companies that do not have an IT department. Flexible monthly and quarterly payments options allow you to budget in advance for your support.

How Complete Care Works…

Fotec works closely with the customer to decide on the amount of monthly on-site IT presence that is required.  After completion of the initial network audit Fotec will then schedule predetermined visits to site.  At other times you can access the highly trained and qualified helpdesk staff for unlimited support within standard business hours.

The Resource Centre Package offers a very real support presence for customers who want the security of a support package but cannot be sure of the consistency of issues requiring technical assistance.

The base package includes:

• Flexible purchase options
• Adaptable renewal options
• Time is banked until you want to use it.
• Proactive approach for preventative maintenance
• Quarterly Performance reviews
 
     
The Fotec ‘Resource Centre’ is a Pre-Paid Support package offering a simple and flexible solution that suits all companies, large or small – with or without an IT department.

How Resource Centre Works…

The customer buys a block of time that can be used for a wide range of IT services on an ad hoc basis. Resource Centre provides access to a team of highly trained and qualified staff, who can deliver the following services:
     
 
• Telephone, remote or on site technical support
• Hardware installation time
• Preventative maintenance time
• Specialist projects
• Holiday/absence cover for IT Personnel or additional presence
• IT Consultancy
• Network audit reports and Health checks
• Project Management and office moves/changes
 
     
Resource Centre allows for support to be purchased in blocks of time from 5 hours to 100 hours. The more hours purchased, the lower the equivalent hourly rate.
